About this role:
The Service Delivery Manager will act as the primary client-facing delivery lead across utility customers, and the offshore delivery organization. The role will be accountable for service excellence across AMS and system integration engagements, including SLA governance, operational reporting, transition management, customer satisfaction, risk management, and continuous improvement across utilities applications.
Core Responsibilities:
Client & Service Governance




- Serve as the primary point of contact for Client stakeholders and utility customer representatives. - Lead weekly operational reviews and monthly service governance forums.
- Manage escalations, critical incident reviews, and customer satisfaction actions.
- Drive continuous improvement across service delivery, reporting, and governance practices.

Service Management
- Own end-to-end AMS service delivery performance across agreed scope and service commitments.
- Govern SLA and KPI achievement, ensuring timely reporting and corrective action tracking.
- Monitor incident, backlog, problem, and change trends to identify operational risks early.
- Maintain risk, issue, dependency, and service improvement logs with clear ownership.

Delivery Leadership
- Coordinate offshore AMS teams to ensure predictable delivery, knowledge continuity, and adherence to service processes.
