Your Role
As a
Customer Success Specialist – Cisco
, you will support the growth of our Cisco business by helping partners identify opportunities, maximize Cisco programs, and achieve long-term success.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, recruit, and engage new B2B partners
within the Cisco ecosystem.
Generate new business opportunities
through outbound activities, marketing campaigns, digital tools, and the
Ingram Micro XvantageTM platform .
Manage the partner lifecycle
, from prospecting and qualification to onboarding and ongoing engagement.
Build trusted relationships with partners
, helping them maximize the value of Cisco solutions and programs.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders
