We're looking for a proactive Front Office Application Support Specialist to join our Murex team in Stockholm.



You'll collaborate with a major bank, diagnosing and resolving functional issues for users within their Murex environment, ensuring efficient application usage.

Responsibilities

Act as the 1st line of support for all stakeholders across front, middle and back office functionality
Diagnose and resolve functional issues for users within the Murex environment
Collaborate with front office users onsite as well as business users directly
Manage incidents, problems and changes according to established processes
Prioritize and coordinate workload according to differing business priorities
Share knowledge via training calls and internal documentation of issue resolutions
Contribute to migration and/or upgrade activities, including testing
Propose new ideas to streamline and automate processes

Requirements

Knowledge of front, middle and back office functionality as the support function is
