The Field Application Engineer will play a key role in accelerating growth for advanced Performance Materials solutions across the European market.
You’ll combine technical expertise, business development, and relationship management to help channel partners identify and convert new opportunities.
Working closely with distributors, customers, and internal teams, you’ll influence product adoption and support high-value design-in projects.
The role covers solutions including heat-shrink tubing, liquid silicone sealing technologies, and electromagnetic interference shielding materials.
You’ll translate customer needs and market trends into actionable insights that support product development and go-to-market priorities.
With significant autonomy and extensive travel, you’ll operate across a dynamic, international environment and engage with stakeholders at multiple levels.




Your success will be measured through channel growth, customer reach, pipeline development, indirect revenue, and successful conversion of new opportunities.

Accountabilities
Champion Performance Materials technologies and capabilities, aligning solutions with targeted customer applications, market requirements, and business opportunities.
Work closely with channel teams and distribution partners to identify existing, prospective, and new customers across priority markets and applications.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with distributors, customers, decision-makers, and internal stakeholders to strengthen engagement and accelerate opportunities.
Generate and develop sales pipelines by applying strong product, application, and technical knowledge to influence design-ins and secure new project wins.
Identify emerging customer needs and present relevant products and solutions to advance projects and expan
