Job DescriptionPurpose of the Role EGO is seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst & Project Delivery Lead to strengthen its internal Business Analysis capabilities while supporting the successful delivery of strategic initiatives across the organization. This role combines the disciplines of Business Analysis and Project Management, acting as a key bridge between business stakeholders, delivery teams, and the broader Power ITD organization.



The successful candidate will help translate business needs into actionable delivery outcomes, ensuring solutions deliver measurable value while building sustainable internal capability within EGO. The position plays a critical role in supporting EGO's strategy to internalize key Business Analysis activities, reduce dependency on external resources, improve knowledge retention, and enhance collaboration between local business teams and central functions.
