We are seeking a Process Engineer to join our team in Porto Corsini, supporting our production operations and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Across: 10 Crushing Operators, 3 Refinery & Crushing Operators and 5 Shift Leaders * Monitor daily production processes to ensure performance aligns with safety, quality, and operational standards * Identify, analyze, and manage process deviations, coordinating corrective actions with Maintenance, Quality, Safety, and Production teams * Supervise and support maintenance interventions at the operational level * Track, analyze, and improve department KPIs, working closely with operators and shift leaders * Actively contribute to continuous improvement and plant optimization projects * Develop, update, and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs)



* Train operators and shift supervisors on processes and procedures * Manage inventory of consumables (e.g. chemicals), ensuring continuous production through effective stock control and reordering * Maintain accurate records of production losses and ensure data entry in SAP * Make data-driven decisions to improve plant performance and align with Bunge's global strategy What We're Looking For Education & Experience * Degree in Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or similar * Experience not required, but exposure to industrial or continuous production environments is a plus * Experience in industrial plants, mechanical or port environments is beneficial The salary range for this role is 44,000 - 50,000 gross per year, depending on the experience.
Technical Skills * Good knowledge of SAP (preferred) * Strong command of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.) * Understanding of quality, safety, and environmental regulat
