For our client, a leading company in the manufacturing sector, we are currently looking for an experienced and motivated
IT Manager
Reporting directly to the CIO , the IT Manager will be responsible for supervising the IT department and managing the implementation of new systems, technologies, and internal policies. This role plays a key part in driving innovation, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring the security and integrity of the company's digital infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate all activities of the IT department, leading a team of 6–7 professionals and ensuring clear communication, transparency, and priority management.
- Lead the development, optimization, and implementation of IT systems and infrastructure.
- Monitor the performance of existing systems to assess productivity, operational costs, upgrade needs, and overall efficiency.
- Oversee the security of networks, systems, and enterprise data.
- In alignment with the Corporate Security function, ensure robust protection of digital assets,



proactively identifying and mitigating potential vulnerabilities.
- Develop and implement advanced cybersecurity strategies in compliance with relevant regulations and best practices.
- Conduct ongoing risk assessments to maintain high protection standards at the local level.
- Support internal and external audits related to information security and provide regular reports to the corporate office, ensuring service quality and compliance.

Requirements
- Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
- Solid experience (minimum 5 years) in managing SAP systems and IT infrastructures.
- Proven knowledge of project management methodologies.
- Strong technical expertise in programming, network/server administration, and IT security.
- Previous experience in multinational manufacturing companies is highly valued.
- Fluent English (advanced level, both spoken and written).
