We are actively seeking a Finance Manager to lead all financial, statutory, and regulatory compliance activities for our legal entity based in Mercallo (VA), Italy. This is a 1 year fixed-term contract designed for a hands-on professional who thrives on corporate transition, rigorous compliance management, and independent entity lifecycle oversight.
This role in summary
The Finance Manager will take 100% independent ownership of all day-to-day accounting, statutory, fiscal,
and regulatory tasks for our Italian legal entity at our Mercallo site. As the entity navigates its next strategic lifecycle phase, this professional will ensure local compliance, manage regulatory filings, oversee the transition of operational activities, and maintain robust financial governance.
This role reports directly to Luxembourg-based finance leadership and offers an excellent opportunity to manage complex corporate compliance and entity restructuring processes.
