About the Opportunity We are looking for a highly motivated and resourceful Senior Specialist, Affiliate & Influencers – Italy to join our team and lead our expansion in the Italian market. In This Role, You Will Influencer and Affiliates Marketing
- Define, optimize and execute our Affiliate and Influencer marketing strategy, ensuring total alignment with our business goals and local market nuances.
- Manage the day‐to‐day operations of the Italian Affiliate and Influencer network, including pipeline building, relationship management, negotiation, and performance optimisation.
- Conduct data‐driven research and analysis to support decision‐making and provide the insights needed to scale channel performance, including deep‐dive analysis on acquisition rates, costs, profitability, product penetration and long‐term retention.
- Own the reporting of channel performance, key insights, and strategic plans during weekly and monthly growth steering meetings.
- Help define and improve marketing processes related to partnership tracking, attribution,
and payout/budgeting for the Italian market.
- Ensure content compliance and internal rules and controls processing. Growth Marketing
- Identify and execute ad‐hoc growth initiatives to drive user and revenue growth.
- Develop and manage co‐marketing campaigns with strategic business partners to expand reach and acquire new audiences.
- Plan and coordinate offline growth initiatives, including traditional media placements, displays, and event activations.
- Lead social media collaborations with key partners to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Coordinate content creation with external subject‐matter experts and speakers to build public brand awareness and thought leadership.
