DXC Technology is looking for a Expert Business Analyst to join the Custom Application Offering. Responsibilities * Take end-to-end ownership of business analysis activities for Public Sector clients, from requirements definition to validation of implemented solutions * Lead client interviews to identify business issues and propose solutions * Lead the documentation and design of processes to increase efficiency (decrease lead time, increase throughput, reduce cost, etc.) by creating roadmaps describing as-is and to-be customer environments * Guide and support junior/mid team members on analysis and requirements-gathering activities * Contribute to shaping, preparing, and delivering client presentations, workshops and proposals * Guide team members in producing functional requirements for software development * Identify and manage changes to requirements and identify risks for the company's clients * Act as direct interface with internal stakeholders and clients for requirements gathering,



solution validation and monitoring of alignment with business needs * Effectively manage client's expectations * Contribute to the definition and optimization of processes and procedures within the business analysis function * Contribute to the hiring process through interviews assessing analytical and functional skills We Require * Degree in a technical or business discipline * Proven experience in a Business Analyst role, ideally within the Public Sector field * Advanced expertise in business process analysis, functional requirements definition and business solution design * Ability to guide and mentor team members * Strong problem-solving skills * Proactive, data-driven approach * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at different technical and business levels * Operational autonomy and ability to manage priorities across multiple projects Work Location: Rome, with Lavoro da remoto possibility.
