We are seeking a Grid Project Manager to join a leading Renewables team in Milan. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of grid connection projects and make a tangible impact on renewable energy development in Italy.
Key Responsibilities * Manage the connection process with grid operators and oversee technical and strategic aspects for the Development Team * Support tender processes for grid interconnection works: define scope, evaluate responses, and select contractors * Develop and maintain effective relationships with contractors, suppliers, and consultants * Support contract preparation to ensure compliance with company requirements * Coordinate internally with finance, legal, technical, and procurement teams during project assessment, due diligence, and implementation * Identify and evaluate emerging technologies to optimize grid connection solutions * Estimate costs and schedule activities for grid interconnection works * Review quality control plans and inspection programs of EPC/subcontractors * Conduct site surveys, audits,
