Job Description
Your Responsibilities:
Provide daily technical support to production teams to resolve process and equipment issues.
Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis of manufacturing problems.
Perform time studies and work measurement analysis to establish and maintain labor standards.
Analyze manufacturing routings, process flows, and work content to identify productivity improvement opportunities.
Develop standard work instructions and manufacturing documentation.
Monitor production performance against established labor standards and identify corrective actions.
Help implement process improvements focused on safety, quality, delivery, and productivity.
Participate in Lean Manufacturing projects, including 5S, waste reduction, and continuous improvement projects.
Coordinate and support installation, validation, and maintenance of tools, fixtures, and equipment.
Support new product introduction and manufacturing transfer activities.
Collaborate with Production, Planning, Quality, and Engineering teams to ensure efficient operations.
Train operators on new processes, and work instructions.
Help maintain manufacturing master data, routings, and production documentation within ERP systems.
