We are currently seeking aWW Retail Merchandising Coordinatoras part of our dynamic team in Milan, directly reporting to our WW Retail Merchandising Director.

_How you will contribute? _
- Analyze merchandising trends across all categories, delivering regular reporting and actionable insights to support strategic decision-making
- Monitor business performance vs targets, working closely with Retail teams and Regions to identify risks, opportunities, and recovery actions to address gaps
- Lead and coordinate alignment meetings across functions, ensuring clear communication of key messages and consistency in execution across departments
- Drive cross-functional projects and special initiatives,



coordinating inputs from multiple teams and ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outputs, including presentations for internal stakeholders and top management
- Act as a key connector across merchandising categories, ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables
- Coordinate critical retail projects such as pop-ups, new store openings, zoning activities, and act as the Retail Merchandising point of reference:
- Consolidate inputs from different merchandising teams to provide a cohesive and global view of performance and initiatives
- Support the preparation of ad hoc analyses and executive presentations, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and strong business storytelling
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Retail, Planning, Marketing, Product) to ensure alignment on key initiatives and business priorities
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, tools, and reporting at WW level
