As a Material Specialist of Vibo Packaging Line, you will be accountable to meet the targets on Inventory and OTD, driving an operating rhythm within the wider manufacturing organization, and interacting closely with Project Management, Planning, Operations, Fulfillment and Engineering team for Auxiliaries Baseplates and Lube Oil Consoles.
As a Material Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and driving an Operating Rhythm within Vib Packaging Line covering the areas of responsibility: OTD and Inventory
- Interacting with the Fulfillment Team to guarantee materials synchronization
- Developing strong connections with Project Managers, Planners, Operations and Engineering to guarantee full alignment and cooperation on NCR resolution and OTD
- Collaborating with Packaging Line colleagues in setting realistic and challenging operational goals, and contribute to their accomplishment
- Clearly communicating targets and accomplishments within the Packaging Line organization
- Ensuring that all the transactions will be executed in full compliance with the company rules
- Owning relevant KPIs with special focus on:
- OTD, VTC, VTS, VTF
- Inventory
- Short term outlook
- Engaging the business leadership team to develop programs/processes and deliver enhanced productivity
