As a Supplier Fulfilment Specialist, you will be the main point of contact for Suppliers for all activities related to the execution of the direct materials supplies. You will work with Suppliers to ensure On Time Delivery for goods and related documents and to identify and implement continuous development programs for improving their performances, capacity and capability.

You will ensure that business strategies are followed for fulfillment and quality. You will demonstrate leadership in communicating business goals, programs, and processes for the product/commodity managed.

In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Managing delivery of materials for the assigned Suppliers, monitoring the production plan and coordinating Logistics until receiving into the systems,



in line with Company processes and procedures.
- Giving the visibility to Internal Customer on Supplier plan, preventing criticalities and managing priorities, to ensure the achievement of Services and Manufacturing Sales Plan and quick execution in case of Customer outages and emergencies.
- Cooperating with Suppliers, Service Fulfillment, Manufacturing Operations, Project Managers, Quality and Engineering to define preventing actions and recovery plans on business urgencies.
- Supporting Suppliers execution, keeping all main metrics into the system updated, coordinating with Material Management to support Inventory Management, Sales Plan and programs for Services ODB reduction.
- Collaborating with Suppliers and supporting relevant Service Provider to ensure On Time Delivery for all documentations associated with the materials supplied.
