- RINA is currently recruiting for a Commercial Support Advisor Internship to join its office in Taranto, Italy within the Mediterranean & Africa Certification Division.
Mission
- The Commercial Support Advisor plays the role in the administrative aspects of customer accounts and data entry. This position supports the commercial team's efforts to provide efficient and effective services to clients while ensuring accurate record-keeping. #LI-DC2Key Accountabilities
- 1. Customer Data Management:
- Create and maintain accurate customer records in the database.
- Ensure that customer information is up-to-date and complete.
- Handle customer inquiries related to account information and updates.
2. Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support for the commercial team, including document preparation and data entry.
- Maintain organized files and records related to customer interactions and offers.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes.
3. Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Assist in data analysis tasks related to customer interactions, pricing, and market trends.
- Contribute to the improvement of data analytics and reporting processes.
4. Documentation and Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions and transactions.

- High School Diploma/GED in Business Administration Finance ManagementQualifications
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and a willingness to rapidly learn CRM systems and other relevant software tools.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities, enabling effective interactions with clients and internal teams at all levels.
