The Monteleone is a nature-immersed retreat in the heart of Umbria, located in Monteleone d’Orvieto. We welcome international guests seeking a refined, authentic and personalised stay where hospitality and wellbeing meet.

We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist who is service-minded, detail-oriented and eager to grow in a dynamic, excellence-driven environment.

The role

You will be a key part of the guest experience, ensuring a warm welcome, professional presence and consistent attention to detail.

Key responsibilities
- Guest welcome and check-in / check-out:
- Providing personalised guest assistance throughout the stay
- Coordinating with housekeeping, F&B; and maintenance
- Basic admin tasks and PMS operations
- Keeping the reception area aligned with luxury standards
- Handling requests and complaints with elegance and strong problem-solving skills

Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality/hotels or upscale service environments
- Fluent English (a second language is a plus)




- Excellent communication skills and a strong guest-focus mindset
- Well-groomed appearance and professional attitude
- Strong organisation and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with hotel systems / PMS (preferred)
- Ability to commute independently
