We are looking for a Learning Technology & Digital Learning Coordinator, within the Learning & Development team. The role reports to the Learning & Development Director and it is based in Parma.
Job Purpose
The Learning Technology & Digital Learning Coordinator is responsible for the digital backbone of Learning & Development, ensuring the effective management of learning technologies, learning data, digital learning solutions, and learning content distribution across the organization. The role acts as the coordinator for learning systems, digital learning development, learning analytics, and learning technology enablement. It owns the digital onboarding experience, supports the deployment and maintenance of the learning catalogue, and the adoption of innovative digital and AI-enabled learning solutions.
