How does your working day look like
- At the reception of the Restaurant, you’ll make sure that guests aren’t just contented, but enthusiastic
- You’ll receive and welcome the restaurant guests with a always keep your cool - even when all the guests turn up to check in at the same time
- You will escort the restaurant guests to their assigned table, already offering them a first drink
- You will ensure that the waiting staff takes care of the seated guest
- You will provide any necessary information about the products for sale in the department
- You will manage and monitor the reservation software system.
- Micros & payment methods
- You will be responsible for welcoming and seating walk-in customers.
- You will always be on the front line and kept up to date on menu changes and all new offers within the department.
