The User Validation Specialist will support end-to-end user testing activities throughout the entire product development lifecycle, with a focus on innovative solutions featuring integrated functionalities.

About this vacancy:
- Define research objectives, key questions, and expected outcomes for each test phase.
- Prepare detailed test briefs, align recruitment criteria, and manage timelines.
- Perform product readiness checks, including tests and stress tests.
- Provide operational support and training to external research agencies.
- Collect user feedback, usability observations, and bug reports during testing.
- Deliver preliminary insights reports and structured documentation of issues and critical findings.
What we expect from you:
- Master's degree in Electronic or Biomedical Engineering or similar.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex technical challenges.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical content clearly.
- Operational flexibility and attitude toward cross-functional coordination.
- Fast response capabilities to support users throughout test execution.
- Fluency in Italian and in English
- Availability to travel and relocate for medium to long periods will be a plus
