Your Key Responsibilities:
As a Launcher, you own the full lifecycle of a new market: from first customer to a self-sustaining local operation.
- Close deals and build presence: Generate pipeline, run sales cycles, and close anchor customers while building relationships with bar associations and legal communities.
- Set up operations and hire: Handle compliance, workflows, and onboarding from scratch; recruit and coach the local team until the market runs independently.
- Execute and refine the Lexroom playbook: Deploy proven go-to-market motions, document learnings, and feed insights back to HQ to sharpen the playbook for future markets.
- Be the voice of the market: Surface localization needs, competitive intelligence, and on-the-ground insights to product, marketing, and content teams.
- Own market KPIs: Track pipeline, deals closed, CAC, and retention, reporting to
