Votre mission

GENERAL MISSION

The IT Manager is responsible for managing the development, implementation, and use of technology across the subsidiary, working with both corporate, local staff and outsourcers, to assess and meet users' and business needs, including operational tasks.

The IT Manager is responsible for overseeing all information systems and telecommunications operations, including identifying user requirements, suggesting practical solutions, and directing company-wide efforts to utilise technology effectively.



This role involves assessing local needs and developing strategies to create a cohesive roadmap that aligns with the Group's overall strategy. The IT Manager also ensures compliance with corporate norms and standards. If his/hers/its skills fit the need the IT managers gets directly involved in developing solutions to meet business needs.

This position reports to the Regional iBRM and the role applies for Dermocosmetic and Medicalcare Intalian branches.

Other key working relationships include local management, staff, all system users, Global DAIS, vendors and consultants.

The local IT team reports to this position.

MAIN MISSIONS

Technology Strategic Project Management:
- Lead projects related to the planning, organizing, allocating resources for, budgeting, and successfully executing organizations’ business strategies needs and specific IT goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define goals, timelines, and resources.
- Define and measure project success and adjust strategies as neede
