Your Tasks:
- You create and plan catchy, creative, and informative content for our social media platforms
- You implement social media strategies to increase engagement and followers
- You take ownership of community management for our social media channels and reputation management in TrustPilot and Google My Business
- You track, analyse and report on performance of social media platforms using tools such as Emplifi, Meta Business Manager, IG insights
- You work closely with international Social Media and Community Management team, design team and influencer team
- You support with content localisation and proof-reading

Your Skills:
- You have at least 2 years of experience in Social Media and Community management
- You have knowledge of best practices for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian and are fluent in English
- You have excellent copywriting skills and a natural ability to adapt content to different communication channels
- You are a natural collaborator,



energetic and results-driven, and enjoy working independently
- You strive to communicate in a clear and transparent manner, both verbally and in writing
