Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality technical and account support to players via chat, email, and telephone in Italian.
Stay updated on the latest Gaming & Esports titles to offer expert assistance and deepen player engagement.




Resolve complex player inquiries regarding account security, payment methods, and game functionality.
Maintain a deep understanding of gaming industry trends and community standards to ensure top-tier support.
Foster a positive player experience, reflecting the brand’s reputation as a leader in the international esports market.
Contribute to the internal knowledge base by documenting recurring technical issues and potential game bugs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate critical technical incidents effectively.
Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written).
Valid EU passport (mandatory).
A strong passion for the Gaming & Esports industry and an understanding of modern gaming platforms.
Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
