Job Overview
We are currently seeking a motivated professional for the Italian Speaking Fitbit Products Support Specialist position in Bulgaria. This unique role within the high-growth Fitness & Wellness industry invites you to provide world-class technical support to health-conscious users, ensuring they stay connected to their fitness journey through innovative wearable technology.
Key Responsibilities
Provide expert troubleshooting and technical support for Fitbit devices via phone, email, and chat for the Italian market.
Assist customers with the setup, synchronization, and feature utilization of their fitness wearables and mobile application.




Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering personalized, solution-oriented support in the Fitness & Wellness sector.
Document and track customer inquiries and hardware issues within our global CRM system to ensure continuous service improvement.
Educate users on how to maximize the value of their Fitbit trackers to reach their personal health and wellness goals.
Collaborate with international teams to identify emerging product trends and improve the overall user experience.
Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
Strong proficiency in English to engage with our global, multicultural office environment in Sofia.
Genuine passion for the Fitness & Wellness industry and active interest in wearable health technology.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on empathy and efficiency.
Valid EU passport or valid residency status to work in Bulgaria.
