About the Role
Our lab has a R&D; team - but R&D; team doesn't mean project management team. We need someone sitting on our side of the table who keeps every formula, every reformulation,



and every new product moving from idea to shelf-ready, without waiting for the lab to remember it's on their to-do list.

This is a startup, and this role doesn't come with a playbook - it comes with the mandate to build one. You'll be working connecting between a lab, an Art Director, a Supply Chain Manager, a sourcing agent, and R&D; testers, and a lot of what exists today is informal - relationships and momentum, not documented process. This role is to bring structure and speed to an area of our business that we haven’t yet formalised, while still being open to the constant change that comes with a start up environment.

You'll confirm ingredient lists with the lab before anything moves forward, run our human testing programme and turn raw feedback into something the R&D; team can act on, and manage the full packaging development process from concept through to a bottle that's actually ready to fill.
