We are looking for a Senior Business Technology Partner to own end-to-end technology delivery across a defined business domain. This is a highly accountable role combining technical leadership, delivery ownership, AI/ML expertise, and senior stakeholder management.

What you'll do:
Own end-to-end technology delivery, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, on scope, and with the expected quality.
Make decisive trade-off decisions across scope, timeline, and quality within defined guardrails.
Identify delivery risks early, diagnose root causes, and lead remediation efforts.
Drive accountability across engineering, architecture, and third-party vendors.
Establish delivery governance, execution reviews, checkpoints, and RAID management.
Challenge and validate technical architecture and design decisions from a delivery and operational perspective.
Lead technical trade-off discussions and ensure AI/ML solutions meet platform, security, and governance standards.




Translate business priorities into clear, actionable delivery plans and measurable outcomes.
Own vendor onboarding, environment readiness, and delivery milestones.
Act as the primary driver of resolution when delivery is at risk.

What we're looking for:
12–16+ years of experience owning end-to-end technology delivery in complex engineering or transformation environments.
Proven track record of direct accountability for technology delivery outcomes.
Strong experience working with engineering and architecture teams in matrixed organizations.
Experience managing third-party vendors and driving delivery commitments.
Strong and demonstrable experience with AI/ML and automation initiatives, including productionizing ML models or leading AI-enabled solutions.
Deep understanding of data platforms and analytics, including data ingestion, ETL/streaming, warehousing, feature engineering, and data serving.
