Role Description
FULL-TIME on-site role is based in Vicenza, Italy and requires a dedicated Victim Advocate to provide comprehensive support services to individuals impacted by crime or trauma. Responsibilities include delivering victim advocacy services, assisting with case management, and maintaining confidential client records. The Victim Advocate will coordinate with community partners, provide crisis intervention, and ensure access to necessary resources for clients. Collaboration with clients and interdisciplinary teams will also be a key component of daily tasks.




Qualifications
Expertise in Victim Services and Victim Advocacy to provide informed and empathetic support to those affected by trauma
Background in Social Work and Case Management to deliver comprehensive care and resource coordination for clients
Knowledge of Criminal Justice to navigate legal processes and advocate for victims' rights effectively
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to maintain client confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Prior experience working with military personnel or government organizations is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Criminal Justice, or related field is preferred
Relevant certifications such as Victim Advocacy or Trauma Counseling are a premio
Legally authorized to work in the United States
