The resource will develop preliminary solutions, technical and commercial offers in the following areas: electrical High Voltage Substation service , HVDC Service, advanced Services, predictive maintenance, smart solution, digital improvements of the electrical assets of the High Voltage Grid Business Plan with proper tools.
How you'll make an impact
In collaboration with the Service Manager implement Service sales strategy . Penetrate Installed Base, promote various upgrade, retrofit and value add solutions to the agevolazioni of the customer. Understand the channel strategy and the establishment of related prices and prepare sales plans, review them and propose recovery plan(s) when needed;
Lead and coordinate the end-to-end preparation of technical and commercial tenders as Tender Responsible. Develop competitive proposals by coordinating internal stakeholders, including engineering, operations, sourcing, finance, and legal functions, ensuring alignment on scope, technical solution, delivery model, risk profile, and pricing strategy.



Interface with external suppliers and internal departments to identify and deliver the most effective technical-commercial solution for the customer. Contribute to technical, commercial, contractual, and execution risk assessments, ensuring profitable and compliant business opportunities. Maintain accurate opportunity and tender information within the relevant customer and business systems. Ensure technical reliability, safety, quality, and cost-effectiveness of the proposed solutions while complying with all health and safety directives.
Generate Service sales lead and develop new market opportunities by utilizing market trend information, identifying and exploring potential new service portfolios;
Establish long term customer relationships by understanding customer requirements and applicable regulations and demonstrating in-depth technical service product/solutions knowledge to promote Life Cycle Management (LCM). Register customer fee
