What You’ll Be Doing
activities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

Give support on HR activities ensuring a sustainable impact in developing and leading best in class HR experience.
Support local teams and individuals on all HR related issues.
Support the Italian HR Team in ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable employment regulations.
Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders and ensure HR Operations topics implementation effectively.
Collaborate with HR Business Partners, HR People Partner,



and managers to deliver high-quality HR services across the organization.
Support HR projects and initiatives related to employee engagement, talent development, organizational effectiveness, and continuous improvement.
Assist in HR reporting, data analysis, and preparation of HR documentation and communications.

What We're Looking For
Educational background in Labor, Economy and Management or equivalent culture
A customer focused, proactive and dynamic individual who is proactive in communications in order to develop effective relationships at all levels within the company and within the HR Team.
Solid analytical skills and demonstrated ability as a problem solver.
High level of integrity and credibility and the ability to forge positive, professional relationships through the use of tact, diplomacy and discretion.
A strong command of both English and Italian
Available to travel within Danfoss Italian branc
