We are currently seeking for a professional to contribute in the role of Central Operations Consumables Procurement Specialist, who will report to the Central Operations Italy Warehouse Process Manager and will be part of our team based in Trecate (Novara).
Your opportunity
You will manage and coordinate activities related to packaging and material related to B2B, B2C and Reverse flows.
How you will contribute
Supervise and respond to daily requests related to industrial packaging and branded items, working closely with GXO to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
Accurately enter orders into Excel spreadsheets, monitoring order confirmations to ensure timely and precise purchasing operations
Coordinate the pick-up of merchandise, ensuring delivery schedules are met and logistics are optimized to reduce costs and improve efficiency
Ensure quality controls on materials and address claims
Collect data, requirements and details to support the Sustainability team on annual sustainability declaration
Monitor and analyze supplier KPIs to evaluate performance, SLA, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to optimize collaboration
Evaluate the specifications of required materials, identifying and selecting qualified suppliers that meet quality standards and business requirements
