Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality customer service for PayPal users, resolving complex payment-related inquiries with professional precision.

Assist customers with digital wallet management, account troubleshooting, and transaction-related concerns.




Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions within our proprietary financial databases.
Collaborate with international teams to optimize customer satisfaction and service efficiency.
Stay updated on the latest FinTech trends and platform developments to provide accurate, industry-leading guidance.
Champion the brand image of PayPal by maintaining empathy, professionalism, and integrity in every communication.
Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
Valid EU passport or a valid work permit for Greece.
Previous experience in customer support or financial services is highly preferred.
Strong digital literacy and the ability to navigate complex FinTech platforms with ease.
