We are currently looking for a creative and dynamic IPM (Integrated Pest Management) Technician II to join our Grounds team

The IPM Tech II will exhibit proficiency in all tasks associated with the daily care and maintenance of a private upscale community's shrubs, trees, turf, and annual flowers. The position will primarily focus on fertilizer, insecticide, herbicide, landscape and turfgrass applications, and equipment cleaning. This position will also assist with overseeing and maintaining the community's appearance to Quail West expectations.
- This is a Full-Time Hourly Position
- Pay rate: $19-$21/hour
- Schedule: Monday - Friday (plus 1 weekend per month)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Will energetically support all training activities with this department to ensure consistency throughout the community.
- Will perform all duties in a safe operating manner while wearing all required safety equipment.
- Will operate spray rig with accuracy and calibration specs from Manager.
- Will spot spray nonselective and selective herbicides.
- Will assist IPM Manager and Grounds Manager in the mixing and loading of chemicals.
