CLIENT ADVISOR
FORTE DEI MARMI / RUSSIAN or ARABIC SPEAKER

OFFERING:
- Basic salary up to €26K
- Company benefits and commission scheme
- Fixed-term contract from May to September 2026

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver an excellent level of customer service with a strong focus on CRM, client book management, and after-sales activities
- Maintain company standards at all times, supporting visual merchandising, stockroom activities, and cash desk operations
- Stay up to date with collections, demonstrating deep product knowledge alongside a proactive and constructive attitude

REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience within premium or luxury fashion, with RTW experience




- Proven ability to build and maintain strong and lasting client relationships
- Exceptional communication skills, with an energetic, responsible, and autonomous approach
- Fluency in Russian or Arabic and English is required
