As a Senior Frontend Developer at Halo, you will play a key role in building high-quality, scalable, and user-centric interfaces for client-facing applications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into seamless digital experiences. This role requires a high level of autonomy, ownership, and strong technical judgment, as you will be working directly on critical client projects.

Key Responsibilities
1. Frontend Development & Architecture
Design and implement scalable and maintainable frontend solutions using Angular
Build responsive, accessible, and high-performance user interfaces
Ensure consistency across applications by following design systems and best practices
Develop Features: Build new user-facing features and reusable components/libraries for future use.
Ensure Optimization:



Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance.
Implement Responsiveness: Ensure application responsiveness across various browsers and devices.
Collaborate: Work closely with backend developers, UI/UX designers, and stakeholders to define how applications look and function.
Ensure Quality: Perform testing and debugging to ensure a bug-free, user-friendly experience.
Maintain Standards: Ensure high-quality graphic standards and brand consistency
2. Collaboration & Product Alignment
Work closely with Product Managers, Backend Developers, and TA teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
Contribute to defining UI/UX improvements and product enhancements
Integrate frontend components with backend services and APIs
3. Code Quality & Best Practices
Write clean, efficient, and testable code
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
Contribute to technical documentation a
