There is a focus on helping individuals provide volunteer services in the community, attend community outings, and participate in daily living skills. No job experience is required, but we are looking for compassionate team players committed to making a difference in the lives of others.

PRIMARY JOB DUTIES:
After proper orientation and training under the direction of the House Manager, the DSP Supervisor is
responsible for providing the following:
- Assists in the supervision of individuals in all areas with an emphasis on Supported Routines, ISPdevelopment, implementation and documentation
- Organize and direct the DSP in program implementation and active treatment
- Generates the staff schedules for DSPs
- May drive company vehicles and accompany individuals going into the community for medical, recreational, personal,



vocational or social activities
- Acts as a role model for DSPs in areas of interaction with individuals, programming and teamwork
- Participates in all interdisciplinary team meetings, prepares and presents factual, observable and measurable data concerning individuals programs and behaviors
- Recommend disciplinary action as needed for employees supervised
- All other duties as assigned by Group Home Manager

Requirements

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. High school diploma or GED *
2. Valid: Ohio driver’s license, with 4 points or less
3. Must be 18 years of age or older, minimum of 1 year experience with assisting individuals
with disabilities. Some supervisor experience.
4. Ability to work with others, including family members, visitors and the general public
