Summary:
The Quality Assurance Manager is a key member of the Operations Leadership Team,



responsible for driving a world-class Quality Management System across our Rome, NY and Mebane, NC facilities. This role leads a multidisciplinary team — including Quality Engineers, Quality Operations, and Quality Systems — to ensure product quality, process capability, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction.

This leader will partner deeply with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, and Technical Sales to strengthen quality performance, implement measurable standards, and champion continuous improvement using BMT principles and LIST techniques. The successful candidate will bring an energetic, collaborative, and analytical leadership style focused on building systems, developing people, and driving operational excellence
