Role Summary
A commercial technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting Summit Broadband's cable television, internet, and telephone services for business customers. You will be employed by our company, Aspire Communications, working as a subcontractor for Summit Broadband. We're looking for a lead to step in and help lead our commercial team
The specific job duties of a Summit Broadband Commercial cable technician may include:
Responsibilities:
Day-to-Day Communication and Coordination:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for communication with the summit management team.
- Coordinate and assign tasks to internal technicians, ensuring effective job distribution and completion.

Project and Job Tracking:
- Monitor and document project and job information,



including tracking technicians’ daily hours.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of project status and job completion

Technical Support and Troubleshooting:
- Act as the main point of contact for internal technicians, providing troubleshooting support and resolving technical issues.
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of cable television, internet, and telephone equipment at customer locations.

Cable System Maintenance:
- Perform cable splicing, termination, and system testing to verify performance and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and repair any issues with the cable system to ensure optimal performance.

Customer Support:
- Provide technical support to customers experiencing service issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Inventory and Supply Management:
- Maintain inventory of necessary supplies
