About the Role
Do you love Como and enjoy sharing its beauty with others? Guydeez is looking for enthusiastic locals to lead private, personalized walking tours for travelers from around the world.
No professional guiding license is required — what matters most is your local knowledge, storytelling ability, and friendly personality.
What You’ll Do
- Lead private and small-group walking tours (3-8 hours)
- Showcase Como’s history, culture, landmarks, and hidden gems
- Adapt tours to guests’ interests, pace, and preferences
- Share local stories, insights, and recommendations
- Optionally host food or gastronomy-focused experiences
Who We’re Looking For
- Strong knowledge of Como and its main attractions
- Fluent in at least one of the following languages:
Italian, English, French, Spanish, German, Portuguese, or Chinese
- Friendly, confident, and engaging communicator
- Previous tourism, guiding, or hospitality experience is a plus (not required)
- Reliable and comfortable leading tours of up to 8 hours
