About the Role:
ComForCare Home Health Care - Sarasota is looking for compassionate and dedicated CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs to join our growing team in Sarasota, FL This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of clients by providing personalized, one-on-one care in the comfort of their own homes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
- Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding according to client dietary needs
- Perform light housekeeping duties and maintain a safe, clean living environment
- Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or condition to supervisors
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
- Assist with medication reminders and follow individualized care plans
Requirements:
- Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification in the state of Florida
- Previous experience in home care, assisted living, or a related healthcare setting preferred
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient demeanor
- Ability to work independently and follow detailed care plans
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
