The job: Manager of Trip Leaders Team BASED IN ROME

* A strong, engaging leader who is adaptable, creative, organized, and

* Experience in training, coaching, and/or people management (travel industry
experience is a plus)
* Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
* Proven ability to build trust-based relationships and motivate teams
* Solid administrative skills, including proficiency with databases and
Microsoft Office
* Sound judgment with the ability to make tough decisions when needed
* Willingness to travel on short notice and work extended hours when required
* Dependability, integrity, strong work ethic, and effective time management

Key Responsibilities:

* Recruit and train Tour Guides aligned with our Company Values
* Build and maintain hiring and training plans to support all products needs
* Lead Tour Guide meetings and training sessions both in-office and on the road
* Create individualized training plans for new Tour Guides
* Support, inspire, and coach the existing Tour Guide team to achieve
excellence
* Conduct live coaching via phone, Microsoft Teams, and in person
* Ride along on tours to assess and support on-the-ground performance
* Assign Tour Guides based on performance and operational requirements
* Address underperformance when necessary
* Engage with travelers during tour
