owner engineers and suppliersEnsure compliance with project standards and regulationsGenerate reports and maintain recordsQuality assurance and project closeoutQualificationsPosition specific qualificationsExtensive experience in document control and management for large-scale infrastructure projectsProficient in using Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms and document management systemsStrong understanding of engineering documentation processes and standardsExcellent organizational and multitasking skillsAbility to work effectively with multiple stakeholders, including clients, ownerAdditional InformationGood coaching and moderation skills.Ability to conduct negotiation talks with internal and external groups.Practiced in presentation in front of various audiences.Good MS Office user skills.Fluent in English, German of advantage.SAP knowledge of advantage.Compensation•Basic wage component (gross): 36000 euros per year•This amount is our minimal offered salary.
