As a _Talent & People Ops Manager_,



youâll be the connector and builder behind the programs that make Mongoose a place where people can thrive, grow, and do their best work. Youâll balance operational excellence with forward-looking talent strategyâ"owning the systems, processes, and programs that power our People function today, while helping design the learning, development, and cultural foundations that will define Mongooseâs future. Longer term, the scope of this role is expected to expand to include a deeper focus on scaling learning, leadership, and growth programs across the organization.

What You'll Do
- Lead People Operations with Excellence: Manage and continuously improve core People programsâ"from onboarding and benefits administration to compliance and systemsâ"ensuring every process reflects efficiency, consistency, and care. Youâll keep things running smoothly, identify areas to streamline, and create the operational infrastructure that helps our people and teams work at their best.
