HR Business Partner Intern

We are looking for an HR Business Partner Intern to join our HR team in Bolton Food Business Unit based in Milan, Italy.

- This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate to dive into the HR world, supporting global functions and the Italian Market, while participating in strategic organizational projects within a fast-moving multinational environment.
- How your agenda looks like:
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Support the HR team in collecting and analyzing personnel data to monitor key KPIs for both Global and Italian populations
- Learning & Development: Support the planning and coordination of training sessions, ensuring effective organization of classes and a seamless learning experience for participants
- Business Partnership Support: Provide operational support to HR Business Partners in their daily collaboration with functional heads and local managers on organizational topics
- Performance & Talent Management:



Help coordinate the performance evaluation cycle for the target population, supporting the team in aggregating data and preparing calibration materials.
- Organizational Projects: Contribute to the implementation of new ways of working and support management in cascading organizational changes through the Italian and Global structures.
- Your team:
You will report directly to the HR Manager Italy and Global Functions.
- What makes you a great fit:
Education
Recent Degree in Business Administration, HR, Psychology, or a related fieldWork Experience

Minimum of 5 years in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful digital campaigns

Technical Skills
- You are comfortable using numbers to tell a story and have a high attention to detail
- You are proficient with Excel (formulas & reporting) and know how to create great presentations in PowerPoint
- Excellent interpersonal and relationshi
