The role: We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Junior Food Technologist to join our R&D; Team, supporting the development and optimization of different product categories, including ice cream, pastry, bakery, creams, and powder-based products, while contributing to product data management and master data maintenance activities.

What will you do:
Data processing activities and technical documentation support on the product (product datasheets, etc.)
Formulation of recipes and/or re-elaboration following feedback
Analysis on pilot plants
Test new product and process solutions
Testing of alternatives
Sampling
Develop research on raw materials and semi-finished products
Product functional analysis

Requirements:
Education: Degree in Food Science and Technology.
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of food technologies, food industry regulations, and industrial production processes (considered a plus).
Experience: Previous experience as a Food Technologist is considered a plus; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
Languages: Fluent Italia
