kapa.ai is seeking a research engineer to advance our ability to answer increasingly complex technical questions. You will work with the founding team and software engineers to design experiments, implement retrieval and vector-based search, and evaluate models in production.
You should have a strong background in machine learning, NLP, and information retrieval, with hands-on experience training and deploying LLMs and handling vector databases.
