Requirements

Summary:
Member of the Quality team. Inspection and sampling of raw materials, in process material, and finished products. Review,



basic root cause investigation, and disposition of metal placed on hold for quality defects. Perform capability studies on processes and equipment. Perform process inspections and audits to ensure compliance with established standards and expectations. Work closely with Production, Lab, Quality Engineers, and Process Engineers to assist in root cause analysis, implementation of corrective actions, and continuous improvement. Cross train in core QC Lab tasks and act as a backup to ensure constant coverage and support.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Adherence to safety requirements (Safety Directives / Procedures, PPE use, safety observations, etc.).
- Verification and replacement of handheld calibrated measurement devices
- Support Process and Quality engineers in Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action implementation for nonconformances as requested
- Perform Internal Audits, write audit findings, and lead
