Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled PTA services under the supervision of a licensed PT
- Carry out individualized treatment plans in patients’ homes




- Document patient progress accurately and timely
- Communicate effectively with supervising PTs, physicians, and caregivers
- Help patients improve mobility, safety, strength, and independence

Requirements:
- Active New Jersey PTA license
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Home care experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Passion for patient-centered care

Service Area:
Essex County, NJ — including Livingston, West Orange, Verona, Cedar Grove, Bloomfield, Glen Ridge, and Montclair.
