To strengthen our Proposal Department, we are looking for a Proposal Engineer to support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals for international projects.
The Proposal Engineer will be responsible for the preparation, coordination and development of technical and commercial proposals for Premabergo process packages, ensuring technical compliance, cost competitiveness, clarity of scope and alignment with Client requirements.
The role will work closely with Engineering, Procurement, Project Management, suppliers and subcontractors and will act as a key interface during the tendering and bidding phase.
Review and analysis of Client RFQs, tender documents, specifications, datasheets and project requirements;
Preparation of technical and commercial proposals for process packages and skid-mounted systems;




Coordination of internal engineering disciplines during the proposal phase, including:
Preparation and management of RFQs/RDOs to vendors and subcontractors;
Preparation of technical bid evaluations and commercial comparisons;
Development of project cost estimates and proposal cost breakdowns;

structural steel;
fabrication and assembly;
engineering hours;
inspection and testing;
certification;
packing and transportation;
Preparation of overall proposal pricing in coordination with Management;
Identification and evaluation of technical and commercial risks during the tender phase;
Preparation and review of compliance matrices;
Review of Material Requisitions and technical specifications during the bidding stage;
Verification of Client sourcing restrictions and approved vendor requirements;
Preparation of delivery schedules and identification of long-lead items;
