Directly connected with Central Network P&E; Team, the position is part of the Southern Europe local team and is responsible for the Planning and Engineering activities related to the FedEx European Road Network, primarily focusing on Italy as well as supporting other countries in the Region, especially in Eastern Europe

After the initial induction and training on the job period (expected 6⁄9 months) the incumbent is expected to:




Working on activities with high impact and/or complexity such as International and Domestic Road Networks planning
Supporting Air Network optimization initiatives by properly impacts and enablers on Road Network all across Region
Completing tasks independently, without guidance, leveraging on expertise and cross-functional collaboration
Supporting internal customers where specifically needed, by a correct prioritization of the assigned tasks
Initiating and leading cross functional projects across the Region
Engineering Degree (5 years) - Mandatory
~ 3-5 years work experience in similar positions (Transport and/or Logistic Companies)
~ Language: English (mandatory): B2-high fluency expected, speaking, listening and writing at intermediate (independent) level; other Eastern EU languages (optional)
~ Analytical: data driven decisions are key. High familiarity with numbers and structured approach are mandator
